M1 Stripe purchases
M1 — The Grocery Waste Reset for Two now has a dedicated $19 USD Stripe payment link. Purchases through that link are governed by the storefront purchase terms and its 30-day, 100% money-back guarantee. The proposed 14-day guarantee and 10% discount below do not apply to that link. The separate collection forms described below remain previews and do not take payments. Automatic email delivery of the download link is not yet configured.
Which collection this page covers
This page covers the new M1 Kitchen, G1 Golf and H1 Rota & Rest kits. Their collection preview forms collect interests and feedback without processing payments; the separate M1 Stripe link is covered by the notice above. No refund is needed for browsing or a free checklist.
Proposed 14-day guarantee
A 14-day money-back guarantee is proposed for these new kits. It is not active for these preview forms or the separate M1 Stripe link, which uses the 30-day storefront guarantee. Final eligibility, request procedure and the guarantee must be visible before accepting a new-kit payment.
Existing purchases
For a product already bought through the existing BoldOrbit storefront, use that store’s 30-day refund policy and your original order reference. The new-kit proposal does not reduce the guarantee on an existing order.
Ask for help or a refund
Email info@boldorbit.org with the purchase email, order reference, product title and request. Do not send card numbers, passwords or bank login details. If you believe you have been charged for a new kit, contact us so the actual payment and product can be checked; this checkout preview does not create charges.
Payments and refunds
Existing Stripe order refunds are processed through the original payment provider and returned to the original payment method. Provider and bank processing times vary. Included free bonuses have no separate purchase price.
Consumer rights
A voluntary guarantee does not replace applicable rights for faulty, inaccessible or incorrectly described digital content. A free preview or checklist does not waive withdrawal rights for any later purchase. Future immediate digital delivery must address any required express consent at the actual payment step.
