Scope and contact
This notice covers the BoldOrbit M1 Kitchen, G1 Golf and H1 Rota & Rest collection pages, free-checklist registrations, checkout interests and reader feedback. Information we collect
Free-checklist registration collects your name, email, chosen practical goal, optional marketing permission and timestamps. The checkout form collects your name, email, chosen items, optional marketing permission, campaign tags supplied in the URL and timestamps. Review submissions collect your name, email, actual rating, review text, experience type, optional publication permission and timestamps. Please do not include medical details, card numbers, passwords or other sensitive information in reviews.
Why we use it
We use your submitted details to handle your request, remember a checkout interest and review reader feedback. Our legitimate interests are responding to requests you initiate, evaluating the collection and protecting the service. Optional marketing and optional publication of feedback rely on your separate permission, which you may withdraw. No order is created by saving an interest, and no payment is taken.
Your choices
You may browse the collection and open the free checklist without buying. Submitting a registration, checkout interest or review is optional; the forms require name and email to save the request. Marketing permission and review-publication permission are separate, unchecked options. Refusing them does not block the requested checklist or preview. Automatic email delivery is not connected.
Who can see records
Contact and review records are accessible only through owner-authorised management and export routes. Feedback is held privately for review and is not automatically published. No submission is marked as a verified purchase. If publication is later approved with your permission, only your first name, actual rating and feedback may be shown; your email remains private.
Hosting and transfers
OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare hosting infrastructure process the information needed to serve these pages and store submitted records. Hosting may process connection and security information such as IP address and browser details. Providers may process information outside your country; their privacy information describes their arrangements. Contact info@boldorbit.org for questions about the processing of your request.
Cookies and advertising
A necessary same-site registration cookie confirms that a request was saved and expires after 15 minutes. A separate checkout cookie contains a random reference, not your name or email, and expires after 30 minutes. Hosting may use essential sign-in cookies for the protected owner area. These three collection sites do not load the Meta Pixel. The main BoldOrbit storefront has its own optional advertising-consent controls and cookie notice.
Retention
Records are retained while needed to handle your request and evaluate the collection. At the end of the pilot, records no longer needed for those purposes should be deleted. Optional marketing records are retained only while permission remains valid and the marketing purpose continues. Information needed to handle a specific support request or meet an applicable legal obligation may be retained for that purpose. You can request deletion at any time.
Your rights and requests
Write to info@boldorbit.org using your registered email to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of marketing or publication permission. Where applicable, you may object, request portability and complain to your competent data-protection authority. Withdrawal does not affect earlier processing based on valid consent. These pages do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Your private worksheets
The personal Excel tracker is a downloadable file you use privately. These pages do not ask you to upload household records, a sleep diary, golf records or spreadsheet contents.
