Privacy & cookies

Last updated: 3 October 2026.

The grocery collection uses Stripe-hosted checkout and protected downloads. BoldOrbit does not receive or store full card numbers.

Contact and responsibility

For privacy questions, contact info@boldorbit.org. The contact responsible for information received by BoldOrbit is Pietro Montese, Via Beckwith 42/3, 10062 Luserna San Giovanni (TO), Italy. Stripe is the selected payment provider. Card details are collected by Stripe on its checkout page. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy for information about its processing.

New M1, G1 and H1 collection forms

The new collection sites store name, email, product interests, permission choices and reader feedback in protected project records. Read their collection privacy notice before submitting a form. These are separate from this store’s current in-page bag and existing Stripe order verification.

Data used on this storefront

Your market choice, guide selection and selected extras are held in the current page's memory. Our storefront code does not save that selection to an account or send it as an order. Reloading the page resets the selection.

If you contact us by email, we receive the information you send, such as your email address, name and question. We use it to respond and manage the request. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Hosting and essential access

The hosting platform may process technical connection information such as IP address, browser details and security logs. If the hosting platform requires sign-in for access, it may use its own essential authentication cookies and process account information. These functions are distinct from the storefront's in-memory selection.

Analytics and advertising

With your optional advertising consent, BoldOrbit loads the Meta Pixel to measure visits, checkout starts and confirmed purchases from Facebook and Instagram advertising. Meta may receive your IP address, browser information, page address and purchase value and currency, and may associate events with your Meta account. We do not send your name, email, card details or private Stripe download reference through this Pixel. Automatic advanced matching and automatic event collection are disabled. See Meta’s Privacy Policy. Meta may process information outside your country. Advertising consent is optional and separate from buying; use Advertising preferences to withdraw it at any time. This installation uses the browser Pixel; it does not enable the Conversions API.

Cookies

Our bag remains in page memory. We store your advertising preference in browser local storage for up to 180 days so that we can respect your choice. After acceptance, Meta may set advertising cookies such as _fbp (typically up to 90 days) and _fbc where a Meta advertising click identifier is available. We also store identifiers of reported purchases for up to 180 days to prevent repeat reporting when you revisit a download page. Rejecting advertising leaves buying and downloads available. Withdrawing consent stops our future Pixel events and removes Meta cookies accessible to this site; Meta’s privacy controls govern information already received. Hosting and sign-in services may use essential cookies. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking essential cookies may prevent access where sign-in is required.

Checkout and protected downloads

Stripe processes the purchase email address, payment information, amount and transaction reference to process payments and help prevent fraud. BoldOrbit’s download service checks a Stripe Checkout Session reference and the payment status to provide the purchased files and prevent unauthorised downloads. We do not receive or store full card numbers. The existing grocery download service does not maintain a separate customer database or send automatic delivery emails. Stripe maintains transaction records; correspondence and refund requests are handled through our support email.

Providing purchases and support is necessary to perform the purchase contract. Fraud prevention and service security serve our legitimate interests. Records required by applicable accounting or tax law are handled to meet legal obligations. Marketing consent, if introduced, will be separate from purchase processing. Stripe and our hosting provider may process data outside your country; see their privacy information for their processing arrangements. BoldOrbit retains support correspondence only as needed to handle the request and meet applicable legal obligations.

Retention and requests

We use correspondence to handle your request and retain it only as needed for that purpose or applicable legal obligations. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or exercise other applicable privacy rights. Where GDPR applies, you may also complain to the competent data-protection authority. Do not send passwords or payment credentials with a request.
