The 30-day guarantee

If your digital product is not right for you, you can request a 100% refund of the amount paid for that product, including any tax charged on it, within 30 calendar days of purchase. You do not need to prove a saving, a productivity improvement or a dating result.

How to request a refund

Email info@boldorbit.org with your order reference, the purchase email address and the title of the product or products you want refunded. A reason is optional. Never send card numbers, passwords or banking credentials.

What is refunded

The guarantee covers main ebooks and paid companion products bought directly on this website. You may request a refund for one product or all products in the order. For discounted products, the refund is the amount actually paid. Included bonuses have no separate purchase price.

How the money is returned

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Bank and provider processing times vary. Refunds for Stripe purchases are processed through Stripe. Your bank or card provider determines when the credit appears on your statement. If you have already paid during setup and need assistance or a refund, email info@boldorbit.org using your purchase email address.

Digital files after a refund

After a voluntary refund, stop using the refunded product and delete your copies, including bonuses supplied only with that product. Files may not be resold, shared or redistributed.

Your consumer rights

This voluntary guarantee adds to your applicable statutory rights and does not limit rights relating to faulty, inaccessible or incorrectly described digital content. Contact us if a file cannot be opened or is different from its description.

Marketplace purchases

Purchases made on Etsy or another marketplace are handled through that marketplace's order and refund process. This website's voluntary guarantee is for direct website purchases; marketplace listing terms and applicable consumer rights continue to apply.
